Hosted by Studio Simons is a place created by creative mind Carlo Simons, where one can simply enjoy beauty. Without saying much himself, he invites us to be part of his world for one evening.
Guided by a philosophy of balance, Carlo creates a menu inspired by all that the sea and the land provide for us. Given the small scale of his work, vegan and vegetarian options cannot be accommodated. We sincerely thank you for your understanding.
The evening begins between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM.

Hotel Hemelhuys
To complete your experience, you can reserve a room and enjoy an overnight stay at Hotel Hemelhuys after your dinner.
Hemelhuys is a small boutique hotel in the center of Hasselt.
The hotel is surrounded by some interesting musea (Z33; Modemuseum) and lots of beautiful shops.
It is a project of 2 friends, Liesbeth and Ann, whose dream was to host guests from all cultures in a beautiful surrounding.
They offer their guests a haven of peace in a relaxed atmosphere where everyone can feel at home. In the morning they spoil their guests with a luxurious breakfast.
The hotel has been refurbished with a deep love for natural and warm materials.
Liesbeth and Ann like original pieces of furniture, vintage and antique, which they collect from markets in Provence and Paris, and which combine beautifully in their charming city house with urban garden.
